CPR, AED & First Aid

Flexible, OSHA-Compliant Training for All Ages and Workplace Needs
We offer hands-on CPR, AED, and First Aid training for adults, pediatric, and infant care— tailored to your business and industry. Choose from a range of certification options— including First Aid only, full CPR coverage, or specialized training like Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS)—with the flexibility to include adult, pediatric, infant, or any combination thereof

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advanced CPR for Healthcare and Medical Professionals
This AHA-certified course is designed for clinical and allied health professionals who need a higher level of resuscitation training. It includes adult, pediatric, and infant CPR, AED use, bag-valve-mask ventilation, and team-based response scenarios. Available in traditional and blended formats.

Emergency Preparedness

Mini Lessons Built Into Every Training
Emergency preparedness is woven throughout our CPR and First Aid sessions. We include short, practical lessons on fire extinguisher use, earthquake safety, wildfire planning, and active shooter awareness—tailored to your facility and risks. No added sessions—just realworld readiness built in.

Heart First Training

Blended Learning Option

We offer blended learning where participants complete online education, then schedule in-person skills checks. However, in-person training is strongly recommended for the best results.

We provide a flexible blended learning option that allows participants to complete the coursework online at their own pace, followed by a scheduled in-person skills check to ensure hands-on competency. While this method offers convenience, we highly recommend full in-person training for the most effective learning experience, team engagement, and confidence in real-world application.
