About Us

Heart First Training LLC is family owned by James and Hannah Bales. James has been a firefighter for almost 30 years and started his passion for Emergency Medical Services in the US Navy. After his honorable discharge from the military he became a firefighter and  has seen first hand how effective properly administered CPR can be.  James loves to share down to earth info and real life experiences to prepare his students so they will be comfortable if the times comes to  perform real CPR. Hannah is an amazing instructor and has been a Certified CPR instructor since 2012 as well as working in the behavioral health field.  

We are passionate to help people prepare for emergencies before they happen.
