The AHA’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.

Class Description: This American Heart Association BLS Provider course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.
This AHA BLS Provider class teaches:
Class Duration: Up to 3 hours and 30 minutes
Certification: 2 year American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard

Class Description: The American Heart Association HeartCode BLS is a blended learning course that combines eLearning (online course) followed by a hands-on skill session with an instructor.
This class has 2 parts:
Part 1 – Online Course
Part 2 – Instructor-Led skills session
Blended learning is a combination of eLearning followed by a hands-on skills session. The student has the flexibility to complete the online portion of the course at their convenience while decreasing the amount of in-person classroom time.
STEP 1. Once registered with our staff you will receive a link with access to the online portion of the AHA online course within 12 hours.
STEP 2. Complete online learning. The online course can be completed in approximately 1 to 2 hours. Online learning must be completed prior to your scheduled skills session.
STEP 3. We will come to you for your scheduled hands-on skills session with skills practice and testing for course completion.
Class Duration: Up to 2 hrs online and 1 hour skills session
Certification: 2 year American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard
